ALLMAX Creatine HCl (750 mg Capsules) provides an ultra-convenient way to enhance your performance.
60% Greater Creatine Absorption
Improved Muscle Performance & Recovery
2.25 g pure Creatine HCl
Creatine HCl is a pharmaceutically-inspired delivery form that pairs Creatine with HCl to create a Creatine salt with an exceptional solubility profile. In fact, studies have found Creatine HCl to be more than 50x more soluble than Creatine Monohydrate.
It is surmised that increased solubility will increase uptake. While this has yet to be independently verified by research, the empirical evidence is strong; reduced "micro-dosing", no loading phase required and reduced water-retention.
KNOWN AS THE ‘CONCENTRATED' CREATINE
Creatine HCl is known as the ‘concentrated' creatine because a significantly smaller dose is needed in comparison to Creatine Monohydrate. Its highly soluble nature also means that less water is needed to dissolve and absorb it into the body, allowing nearly 50% better oral absorption in comparison to other Creatine products. That means no GI issues, bloating or water retention!
SUGGESTED USE:
Take with water or juice post-training when Creatine uptake is at maximum efficiency.
Up to 200 lbs. (90 kg) bodyweight:
Take 2 servings per day.
200 lbs. (90 kg) bodyweight or more:
Take 3 servings per day.
Non-training days:
Take 2 to 3 Servings upon waking with water or juice.
ALLMAX Creatine HCl is available in a 90ct capsules.
Creatine is a compound naturally found in the body. It is made by the combination of the amino acids Arginine, Glycine and Methionine. It supplies energy to the muscles and is produced in the liver, pancreas and kidneys. Creatine is involved in many different functions in the body.
Its main roles are to provide energy for the muscles, enhance protein synthesis, act as a lactic acid buffer and increase cell volume. By supplementing with Creatine Hydrochloride you can ensure these systems are as efficient as possible. You can derive Creatine from food sources, but as the amount is so small, you would need to eat an excessive amount to get the same benefits as you would from supplementing.
Inside the muscle, Creatine bonds to a phosphate molecule to produce phosphocreatine, an important factor in the recycling of ATP (Adenoside TriPhosphate). ATP is the primary source of energy for muscle contraction, as well as other bodily functions. As ATP is used during muscle contractions, such as during exercise, phosphocreatine donates a phosphate molecule to ADP to create ATP, which can then be used to provide additional energy to the working muscles.
The increase in Creatine and phoshocreatine can lead to a gain in lean muscle mass, improve workout performance, enhance strength and power, and offer therapeutic benefits, including the prevention of ATP depletion, stimulation or protein synthesis and cell volumization.
